Monthly Board Meeting: The Monthly Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. The next meeting will be at 6:30 pm on June 13, 2023, at the Villas Clubhouse, 3701 W 36th Ave., Kennewick, WA 99337.
2023 Annual Assessments: The 2023 annual assessment is $355. All annual assessments were due by March 31, 2023. Assessments paid after April 1, 2023, MUST include the $88.75 late fee and finance charges. All unpaid annual assessments will have a lien filed against the property if not paid by June 1, 2023.
Homeowners may submit a Rules and Regulations complaint via the complaint form - found on the DOCUMENTS page.
Heritage Landscaping is the current landscaping contractor for CLPOA Common Areas; if there is an emergency ONLY during non-working hours call 586-0744.
