CC&R Revisions Portal

The Canyon Lakes Property Owners Association invites all homeowners to review and comment on the proposed 2025 revisions to the Community CC&R document. Please reference the specific section or line number your comment relates to. Constructive, positive feedback helps ensure that the final version reflects the shared values and interests of our entire community.

Final revisions to the CC&R 2025 document will be made based on Homeowner feedback and legal review.  The final document will be provided to all homeowners prior to a vote for approval/disapproval at the CLPOA Annual meeting in February 2026.

The Portal will be closed to comments at midnight on December 5, 2025. The results page will remain publicly accessible for all members to view.

Please ensure your comments are positive and constructive in tone. Comments should focus on clarifying, refining, or strengthening the proposed revisions.
Comments will appear publicly only after administrator review and approval.
